James M. Sinard, MD, FACS

James M. Sinard, M.D. is a board certified surgeon specializing in general and vascular surgery. He earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University in Cambridge and his medical degree with distinction from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor. Dr. Sinard completed his residency in general surgery at the University of Michigan Medical Center.  A diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners, Dr. Sinard is an active member of the Columbus medical community and serves on the teaching faculty at Mount Carmel Medical Center. He holds membership in the Society of Critical Care Medicine, Columbus Surgical Society, Columbus Vascular Society, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and the American Society of General Surgeons. Dr. Sinard has published several papers and has provided lectures on a range of topics, including trauma life support. Dr. Sinard resides in Powell with his wife and their two children. He enjoys gardening and model trains.
