Fernando Aguila, MD FACS
Dr. Aguila is a Board Certified Surgeon and Surgical Intensivist with an active practice across the Mount Carmel Health System. He completed his surgical training at Mount Carmel, and received additional training at other prestigious institutions including: The Mayo Clinic at Rochester; The University of Florida and The University of Guadalajara.
Dr Aguila is bilingual and welcomes both English and Spanish speaking patients. He manages all general surgical conditions and excels in both minimally invasive and open techniques. He has a special interest for complex surgical diseases, particularly oncology and in the area of gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery.
