Jeffery L. Turner, MD, FACS
Jeffrey Turner, MD is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a board certified surgeon. He received his medical degree from Wright State University, and completed his surgical residency at Mount Carmel Health. Dr. Turner is the current Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Mount Carmel East. He serves on several hospital committees involving patient safety and hospital efficiency and is an active member on the Taylor Station Board of Directors.
Dr. Turner is an active participant in the surgical residency program with training and education, and was selected as teacher of the year by the residents in 2009. He is also active in the trauma program at Mount Carmel West Hospital and is an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) physician instructor.
Dr Turner lives in Dublin with his wife and two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family and attending his sons’ sporting events.
